Objective: Our client wanted to create a
new method of calling out product within
an in-line section at retail without
exceeding retailer restrictions.
Strategy: Working closely with the retailer and our client, a custom Balcony Shelf was designed and prototyped for approval in all stores. Outcome: The sales results for feature product when merchandised in the Balcony Shelf are over 1000% higher than in-line placement! |

Blu-Ray™ End Cap
Objective: The client needed a method in which to minimize shrink of
Blu-ray™ product while still allowing for ease of merchandising and
shopping. Adding further challenge was the fact there was no power running to
the endcap spots for the fixture.
Strategy: To design an End Cap display minimizing the amount of product that can be removed at one time, with an auditory notification sensor for store personnel. Additionally, we designed the display to include a solar panel which draws power from the in-store lighting. This constantly charges batteries that allow for the display to ‘chime’ when doors are opened - using completely renewable energy. Outcome: This End Cap is installed in the majority of Walmart stores across the country. Blu-ray™ product shrink has been reduced since the installation of these displays and this display concept is being considered for other products within the store. |

Matrix Environmentally Friendly Displays
Objective: To improve upon the standard multi
studio display line-up used for themed retail events.
Strategy: The entire line-up of these designs made for displays that provide better product visibility, easier to merchandise and shop, better graphic communication, use up to 42% less corrugate and cost less to produce. Outcome: These designs are now in use for multi-studio themed retail events across the country. |
